This has to also implicate someone higher. There is no way they did this to benefit Hillary just to be nice guys and help her get elected since everyone knows she is crooked.

He is. That quote came from a different article from June of last year which this article was referencing.

Why are they investigating all of these people and not wresting the person who actually got the server, sent classified docs, and then destroyed evidence...Hillary?!
