I find it interesting that you leftist are so committed to keeping a 70 year old lady in prison while actively cheering on the releasing murderers, rapist, and other hardened criminals back onto the streets.
what?
link to me actively cheering on releasing murderers, rapists and other hardened criminals back onto the streets?
hint - you won't find one

Bro you argued that the determination was made via the legal system.

It's a huge issue when discussing Tina Peters. People just make shite up to make her look good.

Another leftist who only believes in “restorative justice” when it comes to hardened criminals and illegal aliens. Actively rooting for a 70 year old lady to die in prison while your side cheers on the release of career criminals is peak hypocrisy

Agreed. The liberals say Trump is a king. So I'm ready for him to act like one. At this point, I really don't care how many liberals and neocons they would need to dispatch from this Earth to stop this madness. It's the only solution. Leftists are not human and shouldn't be treated as such.

The facts are that they were dismissed on procedural issues…not the merits. Do you understand what that means? Of course I’m going to steer the conversation to the relevant facts. Yeesh.

Sentencing is a completely different discussion than her guilt or the fantasies made up by the Tina Peters fan club
Once they admit reality and her guilt, THEN we can move to sentencing.

She 100% took election data, which I presume included votes, which would involver voter data. I have not reviewed the data dumped by Lindell's boy, personally.

Plenty of other countries you can go to if you want to have a king.

Care to address that FACT related to the Peters case???

Why does everyone, when joining a discussion about Tina Peters, immediately go to facts/situations that have nothing to do with what Tina Peters actually did and what actually happened to Tina Peters?

You asked me for her convictions. I provided them earlier.

There is no distinction in what was presented at her trial and what happened in reality.
quote:
Care to address that FACT related to the Peters case?
Once everyone agrees to the reality of her case and that she's guilty.
THEN we can move onto the discussion of her sentence. Discussing a purportedly overly harsh sentence for an innocent person makes no sense (as the innocence trumps alll).

why weren't these incorrect interpretations challenged and overturned? seems like an easy task since they're so clearly incorrect
