No doubt, it was an egregious sentence...unfortunately, that doesn't confer to Trump pardon powers over state convictions.

We there charges here separate from those involving a Federal Election?

As my post with her specific convictions stated

quote:

No charges with a nexus of elections. All completely state-based charges related to her conduct violating non-election law of Colorado.

Article 2 references "The United States". That is a term for the federal government and has always meant that.

Just put yourself in the historical context of the time of our Constitution. Why would the President have the authority to pardon state crimes?

Best idea so far is to declare her a material witness and whistle blower of the federal investigation of Colorado voting fraud.

The very fact that the dem officials threw so much at her for attempting to investigate Colorado voting fraud, indicates that they were seriously afraid of what she knew.

You're not going to change our fundamental understanding of the Constitutional, eradicate states rights, and reverse centuries of precedent on their head without going thermonuclear.

I know that you know this pardon is meaningless. It was signed by Trump on 12/5/25. What action has Trump taken that is thermo nuclear?

To what, exactly?

quote:

nd whistle blower of the federal investigation of Colorado voting fraud.

I am pretty sure there is no current, legitimate DOJ investigation into "Colorado voting fraud", and arguing this incident overlapped with that would probably get some attorneys disbarred due to the inherent dishonesty in the argument.

quote:

You are clearly severely ignorant of the facts.

She did not "investigate Colorado voting fraud"

She did not follow the whistleblower statutes

The threat she tried to use as an excuse (Deleting the information) did not exist and did not happen

The information she stole that flowed to 2 different unauthorized third parties was made public and showed no impropriety or illegality. It showed the opposite of her and Lindell's claims.

Was she convicted in Colorado State Courts? If so, the President has no pardon power over that.

I heard that also. If I remember correctly since she was convicted by the state. I think I read that the Trump administration tried a couple of times to have it changed to a federal crime. This was the the reason they were trying to do that

I agree that has a better chance. I wish they hadn't muddied the waters with a meaningless pardon.

They would have to indict her in federal court to do this

It's only going to strengthen the disciplinary complaints if any DOJ lawyer attempts any of the various ruses being postulated on MAGA Twitter.

It would be interesting to watch the Tina Peters fan club members discuss her actual behavior without all the lies and dishonest framing.

Some lawyer should check to see off Colorado is lenient on first time and repeat criminal offenders. If Denver tends to look the other way at criminals then this lady should not die in prison. Let her go with time served.

He hasn’t. He is working his way through the process. Asking then demanding then threatening. Next will be coercing.

Looks much as one would imagine, right down to the vapid expression.

That last picture is just hilarious ... and I don't apologize for thinking so. I was not aware that vests came in sizes Fat, Xtra-Fat and XX-Fat.
