Tucker says that Putin is doing a great job, because he's really good at politics.

Tucker is the type that could have been in Hitler’s bunker in the last days to keep up morale.
Either that or a weather man.

Mystery gambler bets £300,000 on Putin losing power this year
Remember, he heads a mafia, not a government. Our lessons from Brooklyn in the early 20th Century tell us that someone shoots him and a pre-arranged succession takes over.
That's certainly possible with Putin, but if it happens what will the successors be commanding? Not an established and secure business as in Brooklyn, but a shell of an economy with no ability to recover. What happens then?
Well, then the most probable option happens - the country splits up into small criminal organizations with smaller territories. Each with their own mafia family. And quite possibly if not likely, Putin could survive and be the titular head of one of these territories.
The army as well as the numerous security services would lead these splits as armed strength would be a requirement for the establishment and survival of these families. Targeted territories would be anything to do with the oil and gas industries, from extraction to refining to export. You can almost hear the car bombs already.
Of course, the commanding influence will be the markets - Europe, India, China. These markets will decide on which families succeed and which don't as they will all be extensions of these market's colonial economies. If you think 'colonial' is too harsh a description, ask yourself what other system would work. What other system would supply oil and gas as needed and also prevent another Russia starting yet another war? Boots on throats.
So yeah, Putin could maintain power but be in command of only a portion of the Moscow Oblast. Does that win the bet?

Using US government internet connections (assuming he's using his phone or personal laptop) to promote foreign interests on US government-paid time.
No biggie... would be fine if someone was doing the same for China...

"As of now, it is known that 30 people were killed in yesterday’s attack on Kyiv. My condolences to all their families and loved ones. Nearly one hundred people were wounded, including children."

Everyone knows the Ghost of Kiev didn’t blow up the pipeline. It was the Shark of Odessa.

The Indpendent: Russia plotting attack on Poland to test Nato’s resolve, US claims
Vladimir Putin could use an attack on Nato as a bargaining chip for the war in Ukraine, sources told Polish media
The US has warned Warsaw that Russia is planning an armed “provocation” against Poland to test Nato’s resolve, according to reports.
The assault could see Poland’s vital infrastructure targeted by missiles or drones, or even Russian soldiers crossing the border into Nato territory, Washington has said.
Sources close to Polish president Karol Nawrocki told Polish outlet Onet that the aim of Moscow’s possible assault, which could be launched in a matter of months, would be to provoke tensions and pressure Ukraine’s Western allies to suspend their military and financial aid.
...
Moscow could hope that Poland would be forced by the US to negotiate rather than responding forcefully and opening fire on Russian or Belarusian soldiers, sources told Onet.
Vladimir Putin would see a scenario in which Russians withdraw (from Poland) as a result of negotiations as a win from Moscow’s perspective, the sources said, with an end to Western support for Ukraine a possible condition it could demand in return for withdrawal from Poland.
...
This is Washington - The Trump Administration - saying this is possible...
But Hegseth just told NATO the US will not aid them in an attack.
So there's a chance this is just an attempt (by Trump's administration) to intimidate Poland and NATO out of continuing to support Ukraine...

Check out what someone bet on regarding Putin
It’s probably Putin laying the bet.
It’s the plot of a South Park episode where the devil bets against himself in a boxing match with Jesus and then takes a dive and throws the fight, triumphantly returning to hell a much wealthier Satan.
