Why do I keep hearing that the talking heads say that the Russian economy is in trouble???
Maybe because it is, right.
ETA: Russian sources say the meeting is going really well.

Some here believe Russia’s economy is fine, and that there are few issues. Some here act if all these refinery attacks have had little effect.
Today all the talking heads were saying the Russian economy was struggling. All but one.
With Putin talking now, I think the Russian economy is in bad shape and facing big issues.

Tigris might comment, but it looks like a vacuum tower to me. A refinery can function without it but less efficiently. The bottoms from a vacuum tower are asphalt or go to a coke or residual hydrocracker.
