uttering the N word is not a fricking crime
Nor is she being prosecuted for such non-crime.

Her calling a common thief by a slur in her private home - is not some evidence of secret and unconcealed racial bias.
It certainly could be. If you feel the urge to use that word, then I'm at least skeptical.

You mean her lies?

It’s embarrassing seeing a lawyer act like what she said is not a big deal. And the “Muh it’s not a crime” defense is juvenile logic. Do better.

That depends on what other judges can do and get away with. It doesn’t take massive search skills to find a slew of stuff worse than saying a slur, at state and federal levels, all across the country.

Singers and judges have different standards

That is a good thing
Let's be real

People, and maybe you’re one of them, have the same response to Antifa burning down buildings and being ignored by the DOJ while trespassers taking selfies are having the book thrown at them. “It doesn’t matter what antifa did, they broke the law and should be punished.”

Except that equal protection and equal treatment in similar situations are sorta important to a lot of folks. Obviously not you, but a lot of folks. If you’re one of those who gets a chubby over disparate treatment, that’s “cool”, just own it and stop trying to be edgy.

She didn’t break a law nor does “equal protection” or whatever you think that means apply here

This Judge has a docket of thousands of cases, many of which involve black people and minorities.. If every time she is about to handle a black person’s case she is hit with a Motion to Recuse then she cannot be effective on the bench. Simple as that.

Are equal under the law. Period. If not. What the hell happened to our laws and governing them?

No, because you can do that and remain a judge. This is just one article.

But even judges have different standards. That’s not a good thing.

Neither singers or the judge are breaking the law, correct

Is that what you think this comes down to?

I think the law should protect us all for spoken words.

It comes down to words aint shite. They are only words. Taking someones livelihood is not the answer. It does nothing to invoke unity amongst people if one group is ostracized while the other makes millions using the same vernacular.

If you claim I am racist based on me saying a word that you don't like me using it is a false premise.

It protects us all from arrest

Not from consequences
