Right, you just always post nothing but left leaning takes (sometimes incredibly stupid ones, like you are right now)

My stupid left-leaning takes being that I don't think the Democrats and the Media should be considered terrorist organizations.

Zing you got me.

Sen. Tim Scott on Fox. A voice of reason! Hope his words get replayed. (and I wish Fox would stop showing over and over the footage of Scalise on the stretcher and going in the ambulance).

Why don't you look at the content of my post?

Does that look like a liberal? A liberal who didn't vote for a Democrat in any Presidential election and supported Gorsuch?

You don't think there are radicals on both ends of the political spectrum?

Scalise undergoing surgery, here to hoping a full and speedy recovery.

Before going into surgery, Scalise was in "good spirits and spoke to his wife by phone," the statement said.
"He is grateful for the brave actions of U.S. Capitol Police, first responders, and colleagues," his office said.

"We ask that you keep the Whip and others harmed in this incident in your thoughts and prayers."

Not since the Civil War has one side so inflamed violent passions against their countrymen. To the point where Democrats and their media arm feel completely justified to not allow a duly- elected President to govern . This is not an anomaly. This is a historical consistency. This is what the Left does. They are defined by their resentment, slaves to their passions, and feel entirely justified to take lives. Thousands of Berkeley-style Progressives are smirking with quiet satisfaction this morning. And why shouldn't they be, they just shot up the morning Republican softball game.

It's interesting how republicans magically forget their own behavior the last 8 years. (Obviously there wasn't an attack like this but to say the Right wasn't promoting the same kindve anti-left resistance is silly.

Long-time friend of Steve's and here is what his wife texted me. He was shot in the Hip and it hit his femoral artery. He went into surgery and should be getting out in the next 30 mins after they repair the artery. Rep Mo Brooks & Brad Wenstrup saved his life by using Steve's belt as a tourniquet to stop the bleeding otherwise he would have been in much worse shape per the Doctor. He is in stable condition and he will be back to play next year in the Congressional Baseball Game as he said nothing will stop him from playing.

By the grace of God, Rep. Brooks was there and knew what to do. By the grace of God, it sounds like he will be ok. Thank you so much for updating us!

A blatent lie.

Obviously, republicans were happy with dems or Obamas agenda, but they werent openly calling for murder or riots like we see everyday now from the left

I know this is a serious situation, but reading this part of the article made me chuckle....i just incision someone trying to talk to a shooter, and someone like myself screaming..."just shoot him"

Interesting, McAuliffe didn't even touch politics and just thanked first responders.

Oops, spoke too soon. He's taking the opportunity to bring up gun control.....again. Dumb arse!

If you can't see the difference between 8 years of whatever the heck you think the right was doing and just 5 months of constant resistance activities then you are simply blind because you want to be blind.

I try to remain as objective as I can on these things (although admittedly I have a right-leaning bias). I agree that Republicans/Conservatives were defiant of Obama and Democrats the prior 8 years. There were rallies (Tea-Party movement) and rhetoric, but nothing even approaching the level of what we've seen over the last 8 months from the left (or at least anti-Trump folks). It has been full on daily hysterics since early November. Mass protest after mass protest. The MSM has removed all semblance of objectivity from their reporting (and this is coming from someone who thought the conservative cries of "the media is biased" was BS and just sour grapes about the election of Obama).

Conservatives, especially those on this board, were not just silent bystanders for the prior 8 years. But the progressives/left have taken things to an entirely new level. I think that is a big reason Trump is president in the first place. Many moderates who generally aren't big into politics felt backed into a corner by the rhetoric.

Steve is lucky that Brad Wenstrup was a combat surgeon in Iraq and knew what to do as well to help assist Steve and guide Brooks into action.
