Your ilk likes to not prosecute criminals, release with no bail, and legalize many crimes. What the frick do you care about what a republican governor would do?
Lol you know nothing about me. Take a lap.

who us now trying to give clemency to over 50 convicted murderers
They will still remain in prison. All that does is save money for the state from legal battles over the death penalty that lasts decades.

Would it matter what plan Landry or any other Republican put forth? You’re voting for the Democrat regardless.
No, I’m not voting for Wilson. Leaning Waguespack right now. Maybe Nelson.

BUT….my family will all be glad to have him in office when they start the bs lockdown attempts in the fall.
True and I agree. However there are other fine candidates where that is also true -and they’re not polishing the State’s trial attorneys.

They could eventually be paroled as have other convicted murderers have been.
Also it subverts the law. They should be executed.

No.

In his letter to the Board, Gov. Edwards emphasizes that any prisoner who receives clemency would receive a life without parole sentence and would never be released

I thought the "help" would be that you would outsource your government to TEXAS. Where we know how to run things. And actually hold elected officials accountable (Bryan Slaton, Ken Paxton).

Jeff Landry

Well you should learn how to search for things on the internet. He's already in a fight against your elected Pedocrats to clean up New Orleans and he has vowed to impeach rogue prosecutors that are dropping charges and failing to file charges against violent criminals. Who else is headhunting Jason Williams?
Not sure if that needs to be the focus of the governor. Maybe the AG?
I’m hopeful the Governor, whoever it may be, will dedicate their time and bandwidth toward improving our business & tax climate and finding ways to pay for roads & bridges.

I don’t trust them. They just recently let a convicted murderer out on a parole.
Just like this guy

Do you mean Cassidy? Don't think Kennedy has endorsed anyone yet.

The overwhelming majority of Louisianians do not live in New Orleans. Why should I give a frick about that?
Because the tax dollars the city generate helps run your podunk town.
