Kyle trial WTF moments from today

So the defense gets up and says the following:
- not a single person knows who the flying kick black boot thug is. Just skates off into the night even with the FBI watching the entire thing from a drone overhead
- girlfriend of dead skateboard attacker refused to turn the skateboard over to feds or police. WTF? Is she just allowed to get away with not turning over evidence from an active murder investigation?
- FBI censored the overhead footage leaving it broken and not showing key events. Defense said "this is what was turned over to me so it's all I have" Really? Just going to let the FBI refuse to hand over incriminating evidence? "Technical difficulties?"

Not shocked but what are the odds the bureau just happened to have a drone flying overhead at those specific moments?
There were several city blocks infested with those rats yet magically they zoned in on a firefight they didn’t know was happening? Seems sus to me

The overhead footage alone was a huge bombshell. That was completely withheld right up until trial.
The goddamn eff bee eye knew this whole story from the beginning and the footage was likely drone footage of them keeping tabs on one of their "assets"... yet they laughed and watched as Ritty got absolutely railroaded by Kenosha brass.
Rittenhouse never should have been arrested, let alone charged.
From the very beginning (check my post history) I said this was one of the most clear cut acts of self defense and self preservation I've ever seen or even heard of.
Kyle Rittenhouse is an American hero and I hope the civil suits grant him generational wealth. That man should never pay for a meal or a drink the rest of his long life.

It has become clear that the F_B_I cannot be trusted to operate within the rules of Justice ..... they are completely driven by ideological leadership at this point .... waging war on the citizens of the US for political purposes. Shameful ...

Still can't over the skateboard. She's allowed to not turn it over when I'm sure Kyle's DNA and probably strands of his hair were embedded in it where he took TWO full on hits to his head from it.

Personally, the largest revelation on Day One was the assertion that Rosenbaum had actually threatened Rittenhouse and a companion that he would kill one of the two of them, if he ever found them separated.
Perhaps I missed it, but I had never seen anything to that effect in the entire year (and more) since the incident.
If the jury believes that conversation took place, the likelihood of them accepting the “self defense” assertion will increase by a full order of magnitude.
The skateboard thing really does not bother me that much. How often do litigants subpoena evidence that they know to exist, only to have the person in possession of that evidence claim that it is no longer available? Every day. The defense has the video. The physical skateboard is little more than a nice prop.

Can the defense state this for the Jury?
Nonetheless, the attorney should throw it in during closing argument. The jury can't unhear it even if the Judge strikes it from the record and tells them to disregard.

The point is that Rittenhouse should never have been charged ...
But like the Jan 6 peaceful protestors, it isn't about justice or the law .... it's about political persecution and sending a message to conservatives

Gaige Grosskreutz has not been charged with a crime. To the contrary, he has sued the city of Kenosha, on the theory that local police de facto “deputized” Rittenhouse and that Rittenhouse was effectively acting on behalf of the city.

Seems pretty clear the FBI has had a hand in all of the "riots" over the past year including January 6th, and are not only trying to cover their tracks but trying to help prosecute a kid for defending his own life. The whole thing is sick and one of the first steps of the next president needs to be dismantling this left wing terrorist organization
