Nahh but it will make those animals really think about the consequences of their murderous actions instead of serving Juvie time and getting out at 18, free to commit whatever other crimes they please.

you could argue that they didn't intend to murder the dude

Law requires a bit of logic and the definition of felony murder (3rd Degree Murder, or whatever it is) is clearly racist.
Logic is racist, you know. So, where logic is embedded in the law, it's racist, too.

Hank is correct. Stealing a car/carjacking is a felony. The girls committed a felony that resulted in the man's death.

Violence is the only response people respect.

Democrats are in control of our state capitals, and they use the justice system to prosecute based on progressive ideology.

yes the dc mayor said the victim should have just let them steal the car.
She actually implied it was kind of his fault because he was in attentive enough to let them steal his car.

Of course she said that. One should always be aware of stray dogs, snakes, and other wild animals, too. Since blacks are no better than trained farm animals, according to the left.

Would pay to see that movie.

I would argue that’s a strange semantic difference. But I’ll grant I misspoke.
That being said, we can all affirm it was in port taste on the Mayor’s part.

I wasn’t trying to pick apart what you said. Sorry.

Arguments depend on logic, which is racist. You have to unbaggage yourself from those racist, antiquated beliefs.
The Mayor doesn't think it's in poor taste. She's black. Ergo, if you disagree with her, you're racist, too.

If the speculated terms of the plea deal are accurate, their punishment is not TECHNICALLY "jail time." They are being treated as juvenile offenders, so they do not go to "jail." They will still be held in a form of juvenile "custody" (the term is "Juvenile Detention Center"). Applicable law in DC makes it very difficult to prosecute minors as adults ... unlike Wisconsin.
So this it true so long as you define what would be commonly thought of as "jail" as not jail. I mean, I guess.

Technically, it was accurate. Substantively? Not so much, at least on the "jail" point.

Uninformed except for DNC talking points.

I used to know some guys in the reserve world that were in “corrections”. From their stories there’s a pretty damn big difference between juvy and jail, and a pretty damn big difference between jail and prison. Those animals belong in prison. They’ll get there if they don’t die first, but more innocents will suffer first.
