what are the odds the judge grants the mistrial with prejudice?
It's definitely not outside the realm of possibility with the level of admonishment from the judge.

Prosecution lawyer: "I think it is fair game."

I am going to ask another really stupid question, so please excuse me for it.
Was the mistrial motion due to misconduct, ethics, jury tampering, jury intimidation, or something nobody is thinking of?

So the Prosecutor intentionally tried to force a mistrial because he's potentially losing?

Judge is clowning on the prosecution lawyer

This guy can’t prove the case, so he is testifying. Judge, toss this.
I don’t think judge will toss though. “I won’t know until I see it.” Not getting tossed.

I don't think he wants this to come back "not guilty," which is the only way it can.

Doesn't look like he is going to grant it

the defense is basically saying "the prosecution knows their case is in shambles and is trying everything in its power to get a mistrial to get a 2nd bite at the apple"

At the end of the day it's a political trial. This needs to go to the jury. Either way Kenosha probably burns again.

If the prosecution knows all this, or thinks this, why is he testifying and not a witness with knowledge.
This is an admission he failed to prove his case
