Emily Baker just made a good point

if the jury foreperson is the 1 (or like 1 of the 2) holding up the verdict... they won't signal the bailiff that there's a deadlock and will try to force the rest of the jurors onto their side b/c that person does have that leadership role

Sounds like they are just filling dead airtime with chatter.

MSNBC Banned from the Courthouse for the rest of the trial

The DOJ and the FBI should look into this. They should know better than this

Cathy Russon @cathyrusson
Google search/LinkedIn shows there is a Irene Byon - booking producer at NBC in NY. This is who James C. Morrison said he was working for and instructed to follow the jury. AGAIN - Judge said the matter is under further investigation, this is the latest information he has.

This is a mistrial with prejudice.

Prosecution violated the defendant's right to remain silent.
They failed to share key evidence with the defense and did so intentionally.
The state withheld the identity of a key witness (Jump Kick man) and lied about it.
The media has attempted, more than once, to dox the jurors.

Barnes needs to go.

He is just bitter and keeps repeating the same shite over and over.

They mentioned that this assumption is good (that the foreman is the holdout) is because of an observation someone made.

If that’s the case, this could go on forever.

Barnes comes off as extremely butthurt that he is not the lead defense attorney on this case.

Can't they vote to change the foreman?

He does, but most of the points he's making are true...and given what we saw from Richards things could have clearly been much better.

The foreman is merely the person that would dictate to the judge the verdict. He doesn't hold any power to keep the other 11 from voicing anything outside of that room if there were complaints or issues.
