Holy hearsay. Just said they referred to themselves as militia. That wasn't stated by any of the other witnesses or evidence they described themselves that way other than third parties calling them that.

Another thing. This guy is admitting he didn’t see the shooting, therefore he has zero first hand knowledge of who the shooter is but he joins in a pursuit with a loaded handgun.

For someone who was, according to the State, at the riot to shoot people isn't it interesting that he only shot people attacking or chasing him. If Kyle didn't have a gun that night he would've been killed or seriously harmed by Rosenbaum.
