Meh, he called him a liar directly and the judge was cool with it. I hear what you are saying, but i'd be at least pointing at Binger incessantly every time I mentioned the state's bullshite. If the judge calls it out, it just reinforces the act and the jury makes the tie between Binger and a liar.

THE LEGAL PROFESSION - the lack of ethics involved in this system is stunning. The system is run by other, THATS RIGHT(!!!) - LAWYERS!
They are right up there with MASS MEDIA.
and dont forget, now DOCTORS.
I guess we have to back to wild west justice and healthcare by NECESSITY... prolly wont happen
