Was there mishandling of top secret info involved, perjury, obstruction of justice, strong-arming, bribery and corruption involved? Or is this a smokescreen to retro-justify Killary's malfeasance and criminal conduct? Just asking BC I'm not up to speed on the Kushner thingy.

As far as I’m concerned Ivanka should be able to use a personal email since she is still managing her company and her role within the admin is pretty thin. I do think there should be some sort of restriction for Kush given his title.

Theres a couple of key differences:
1)Kushner is not a cabinet member, much less secretary of state
2)Kushner didnt try to delete his emails or "wipe them with a cloth"
3)he admitted it outright, unlike some others
4)Kushner didnt hand over secure files over unsecure means, or have someone print them for him that was not qualified to do so
5)he didnt hand them over to his attorney to protect himself once this day came
