It dates back to before 2017. As far back as 2014 for the China deals. The Ukraine portion is clearly during his tenure in the WH.
Moreover, it appears that Biden is comfortable leveraging his family name and political clout for financial purposes. Not much integrity here. Easily a conflict of interest in Ukraine.

So you would be ok with Russia giving Trump a $5M loan upon leaving the White House? No big deal? He’s out of office. And then say Trump turns around to run for NY Senate in 2022. Still not a big deal?

Joe said last night unequivocally that he hasn’t taken foreign money.
As much as I hate it, and he is obviously a liar, a criminal prosecution and verdict is the only thing that would change things. They know they just have to buy time and win. Then it all goes away.

Um, he said they started negotiating in 2015
So your argument is Corrupt communist governments can start discussing payouts to our politicians while they are in office and everything is kosher as long as they agree the money doesn’t change hands until the moment they are out?

The China thing is optics. The Ukrainian thing is an issue because he leveraged American foreign policy as vice president to benefit his son and himself. Problem there is he is on video admitting he did it, actually boasting about it. I would asked, Why does the Vice President of the United States car what some prosecutor in Ukraine is doing for internal corruption? Was your son on the board of Burisma at the time? Did you know the prosecutor was investigating your son's company?

I find it interesting that you cannot have this conversation about Biden without immediately pivoting to Trump. Leads me to believe that there is no defense for the evidence brought forth.
If you would like to talk about Trump's ties to Ukraine, I will gladly direct you to the testimony of multiple state officials who testified during impeachment that there was no evidence of a quid pro quo by Trump, only conjecture.
