Sometimes you need to let people speak their “truth” as part of a settlement. The best thing you can do is to be quiet and let the other person ramble like Trump did with Putin.

It was a diplomatic summit. Each side should be allowed to present their points.
There is this constant theme by many in America to completely dismiss or ignore Russian interests and concerns. This ignorant thinking is one of the factors that created this war. When there is a concerted policy to dismiss a major player’s interests, whether that player is Russia, the US, or another, the result will be conflict and violence.
Thankfully, Trump does not appear to follow that thought process. He’s going to talk to people and listen to them and allow them to talk in an effort to avoid conflict.
Now Kilmeade has a retired psycho General Breedlove who, without any real knowledge of what happened or was said whatsoever, has declared the summit a failure and “we should move on and start sending arms as soon as possible.”
Kilmeade: “Great insight General.” (no sarcasm in his voice whatsoever)

Holy shite she’s engaged to Brian Fitzpatrick
He is massive deep state. Former FBI agent who was actually sent to Ukraine for many years.
He also is regularly cited as the most left leaning Republican member of Congress.
She never seemed very bright in the years I’ve watched her at the White House. Now I know she’s conflicted as well.

I read Russian media almost everyday. Russian media doesn’t pour as much propaganda as we’ve seen Fox News peddle the last couple hours.
The former Pentagon guy just said Russia has over 1M killed, over 100K just this year. He doesn’t know that, he’s peddling propaganda. It requires enormous internal confirmation bias to believe Russia has lost over a million men the last 3 years. He went on to talk like Ukraine was actually winning this war.
I don’t like to talk too much about it but my wife’s relatives live in Russia and people are going out, spending money, eating out, relaxing, shopping, the stores are stocked, prices are good, people are working, everything is clean, people are not outraged. There are some protests, they’re actually allowed. I know because my brother in law was actually arrested at one. He wasn’t actually protesting, he just wanted to see what was going on. They allowed the protest to go on for a while then announced for them to disperse. After a few announcements, those protesters that stayed were rounded up and arrested. Suddenly my brother in law was taken by the arm and escorted to a bus. He went to the police station and paid a fine of about $40 and was released.
My relatives know no one personally that has been killed in this war. They know people who know people who have lost someone but it’s distant acquaintances like that. The sidewalks are filled with men hanging out, going to work, etc.
My relatives watch American media, it’s not censored there, and they actually think it’s funny. They’re like no wonder Americans are so clueless about us, no wonder they hate us without even knowing us.

Putin’s mom lived into her late 90’s and his dad was crippled in WWII and lived to be 88.
Putin’s grandfather lived until he was 86. He was Stalin and Lenin’s personal chef.
Putin has the best healthcare and has created a scientific department focused on extending life. With his family’s pedigree and Russia’s best medicine he could live for a few more decades.
Putin says he doesn’t drink or smoke, but he does both. He likes quality Cuban cigars. He is very paranoid, has a lot of stress, smokes, and drinks all things that could affect his longevity and quality of life.
If I had to guess he’s not as healthy as his parents and grandparents. There have been talks about his health for years and usually where there is smoke there is fire. There was talk about Reagan’s memory in the 80’s, but with people working behind the scenes and great healthcare he was able to hide it for years. In November of 1994 he came out and said he had Alzheimer‘s disease. He lived 10 more years and died when he was 93 around 20 years after there was talk about his memory.

quote:
During the 2016 election cycle, Fitzpatrick said he would support the presidential candidate Republican primary voters in the 8th District chose. After Donald Trump was made the nominee, Fitzpatrick reneged and said he would not vote for either major party candidate.[92] He instead wrote-in Mike Pence in 2016, and did vote for Trump in 2020.[93]
