Yeah right. The White House presenting false information to further their agenda is nothing to be concerned with. I am sure it was an honest mistake and it won't happen again.

Well in that case, let's just let them ALL in. Two terrorists were here and managed to not blow themselves up.
So you are saying she was right? There was a massacre in Bowling Green? Or are you simply saying that since there are terrorists out there it is OK for the White House to lie and monger fear with those lies?

Well, they were arrested for terrorism charges of course after being let into the country.
I suppose that is okay to Democrats.
Maybe you can protest about it.

I love that the trumpkin's defense for most of this stuff is "they did it too".
I love that suddenly dem-progs have a problem with saying it.

I see LSUTurderine ignored this article.

Instead, they were trying to help get weapons to al Qaeda in Iraq. They were terrorists who should not have been allowed in the country
So is this your way to convince us that the Trump refugee ban is not necessary?

I believe he's pointing out that you generally can't trust what they say in this thread. Y'all are the ones adding the extra layers in order to say so what.
KC blew this one and right on the heels of alternative facts it's an extra bad look to be talking about a massacre that never happened. Does that prove the ban is wrong? No. Does that look good for credibility? Nope.

I thought you might have linked an article to a massacre in Bowling Green that the rest of the world missed. Alas, you did not.

How many people did they kill in the "Bowling Green Massacre"? On what day?

So you are pro-made up disasters to ratchet up fear in support of policy? And being anti that is melting?

Too bad for you that the Trump news cycle moves so fast that this we be forgotten by tomorrow.

Except that to construct this very mediocre gotcha, the OP just reminded everyone that actual terrorists have come to this country as refugees under the Obama administration.....justifying the refugee ban.

It is hilarious how stupid the OP is

Democrats have been saying that the ban does not include countries where terrorists have come from.
And with just a hint of controversy and the irresistible urge for a weak gotcha moment, they just sank that narrative.

right. Because I am trying to convince the board that they should should support the ban. Lol
I am already on record here stating I support the ban. It just shows how stupid YOU are .
Do you really think I come here expecting Upvotes? Lmao
I could see Spicer's response already. In his in his best defensive posture, "Look, we are not going to argue semantics", not realizing the hypocrisy of his statement.

Does not matter.
Tonight the most biased networks and tabloids like CNN won't be able to help themselves. They'll point this out on air to attack the Trump Administration and end up proving to Americans that the immigration ban is indeed justified in the process
Posted on 2/3/17 at 7:16 am to LSUTANGERINE
Yea even for the biggest trump kool aid drinkers this should be a really easy spot to call out poor form and move on. Going to bat for something like this is a real head scratcher

Bringing up the fact that a representative of the President is making up false claims to support a point is a "mediocre gotcha"? That's a pretty dumb thing to say. No matter what, leadership should be kept honest, regardless of which party / point of view you may support.
And yes -- what actually did occur in Bowling Green did justify the Obama administration going back in and fixing that particular hole in their vetting process across the 6 months or so that refugee processing stopped. But does that justify stopping those who have legal residence in the U.S. from coming back to their own homes (which is my primary issue with the whole thing, not just temporarily stopping newcomers)?
