Kavanaugh’s Accuser Is Doing Everything She Can To Avoid Testifying

A. This is not a legal trial. It is character testimony.
B. Mark Judge has already confirmed, in writing to the committee, that he wasn't present at anything she's talking about, nor does he have any personal knowledge of any such event taking place. He'd also been previously questioned during the FBI background check on Kavanaugh. There is zero reason for him to be there because....
C. She hasn't provided her letter, unredacted, to the Reps, nor testified under oath. Mark Judge would only need to testify to rebut her testimony, if she gives it, and only if her testimony is so believable and compelling that Judge is worried about his personal reputation.

She is trying to avoid a perjury charge. Suppose she does not testify and signs a book deal instead? What do you think that might be worth. Consider all of the last week to be free advertising for the book.

While they're waiting for Ford Cluck to testify why not pursue the accusations against Ellison? His accuser should be heard, if that's the way this works. I know, I know... Ellison Democrat, nobody care. It's like this isn't real world any more.
