This idiot sounds like Rexcatur.

Democratic Sen. Richard Blumenthal (Conn.) said on Tuesday that the Senate should oppose Brett Kavanaugh, President Trump's Supreme Court nominee, if he doesn't agree to recuse himself from legal cases tied special counsel Robert Mueller's probe.

"I'm a no on this nominee. My colleagues should be a no on this nominee unless Judge Kavanaugh specifically commits that he will recuse himself on any issues that involve President Trump's personal financial dealings or the special counsel," Blumenthal said during a rally outside the Supreme Court.

Kavanaugh would also decide if Trump "will be stopped from violating the Emoluments Clause of the United States Constitution as he's doing every day," Blumenthal said. "Whether our lawsuit ...to hold him accountable and stop him from violating that clause can go forward." LINK

Nah man that's not how it works. Can't shop til you get the right judge. Especially when it comes to intellectual giants like USSC Justices.

Yeah, sure, right after the Ignorant C*nt RBG recuses herself from any case dealing with Trump after all of the unethical and improper comments she made about Trump during and after the campaign.

Good strategy: ask all future justices to recuse themselves over cases that the opposition wants or suffer a "no" vote.

ALL Republican Senators should be told "vote yes for this Justice or your political power is over, you will be stripped of all Committees , you won't be supported in your next primary, no bill you support will ever be brought up for a vote"

That idiot Senator should be concerned with the handful of Dem Senators in red states looking to try to get reelected.

Blumenthal should recuse himself from the Senate until he serves an actual term in Vietnam.

Liberals never recuse.

See this is example one million of why they REALLY hate Trump. The Dems have always been street fighters who count on Republicans going high when they go low, and it pisses them off to no end that not only is Trump itching to go low other Republicans are starting to look around and realize sometimes you just gotta fight fire with fire.

Then Ruth B. Ginsberg should recuse herself from all cases until Trump is out of office since she said during the campaign that he was a horrible person.
