Booker is such an obvious moron. He's indicative of the current crop of D 'leaders'. The guy was the mayor of a failed city, a total fricking disaster, and now he's somehow permanently installed in the Senate. Clear track record of policy failures, publicly humiliates himself regularly, and yet, there he is acting like a retard in "the worlds greatest deliberative body". What a joke.
