good question, the timing is pretty suspect and EVERY MSM outlet running with it is pretty suspect
however the DJT lawsuits were really personal injury suits where his reputation or his candidacy were allegedly damaged. Who was injured here to file a suit? The DOJ?
assuming this wasnt a fake memo utilized by DOJ Admin as a leak test and it actually is a real document the bigger question is who leaked it and why? Why not just format it correctly and sign it and release it?

B. Israel agents have honey dicked him too hard (probably the most likely of scenarios given that his donors are mostly Jews, his cabinet is filled with Jews, and his own family has married and converted to Judaism...it's also rumored that Trump himself converted to Judaism in 2017

C. Elon was right and TRUMP IS ON THE MOTHERfrickING LIST! Or if not on the list, they have other damning dirt on him that is just as bad.
Those are the only logical explanations I can think of.
