I lived in Kansas for a while and knew some guys that went to Fort Hays State. This is not representative of Kansas. I expect she might be incentivized to move along soon. Kansas voters and taxpayers are not down with this garbage.
At some point, the red states should really investigate who they're putting in charge of education. We're no longer in the experimental stage of education. We know what works. Hire an MBA, not an EdD to run these places. You don't need a doctorate to run a college anymore, you need a sense of P&L and such.

How does someone like this even end up in a place like Hays? Hays is nearly 90% white.
Honestly I think more and more, woke nonsense won’t go away until whites start policing their own ranks a bit better. Yes she should be fired (obviously) but whoever hired that loon should be run out of town.
