Thats always been the lefts end game. It is the absolute line in the sand. There is no going back from it and it would cause civil war as gun holders would know its fight or die. They openly admit it now but our constitution says we can have guns. You can’t do it without a war breaking out.

--tighter/more onerous background checks
--changed gun show rules
--harsher penalties for offenders
--funding for gun buybacks
etc.
It's ridiculous that yall are making fake threads like these (like the left, that is) instead of sticking to the already very terrible TRUE THINGS WE ALREADY KNOW.

I'm pretty sure that is the only thing that stopped Biden from trying it. I have no doubt she will try it, if for no other reason than they blame Republicans for overturning Roe vs Wade so now payback, or more "stolen elections have consequences." She'll never get away with it though because of the Supreme Court.
Maybe she should try just so the Supreme Court can rule on it and set the precedent so some bonehead might not try again in the future.
