Imo.. it's because establishment is going to soon have Biden step down.
Fake shite Harris was kept away from everything so she wouldn't be connected to the fricked up shite the establishment had Biden do. So when they have her replace Biden, she can claim none of that had anything to do with her.
Damndest thing will be when she pushes out the exact same shite Biden pushed out, because she, like Biden, is just a puppet.
I think that's why the establishment didn't use a more charismatic candidate like pete or yang. Because the shite they would've been forced to push out, would've ruined their political careers.
