I love Ron but that is his biggest weakness, crossover appeal in the Rust Belt.
Blue collar workers in the Midwest see Ron DeSantis as a "traditional" Republican.
Want to change that? Ron needs to publicly get on board with tariff policy as a means of supplanting income tax. That's going to be very hard for Ron because the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Republicans that represent multi-national corporations will lobby Ron hard to ditch tariffs. The version of free trade these Republicans want is one way free trade to the U.S. where we subsidize the growth of China.

And when the RINOS force a Trump vs DeSantis.... DeSantis will be linked and tied to Pence.
The damage done to in the lead up will last. Assume DeSantis wins. When all is said and done, what are the MAGA voters going to do knowing Pence's association to Ron?
These gutlessness rinos on this board are LOW T. And would sell their soul just at the thought of a win regardless of outcome.
These are the same ones that voted McCain. That Voted Romney. AND LOOK at what both of those people did in the election and then as Senators!
