Is there any chance that KBJ will step down from the court? Most people would be embarrassed to keep getting schooled in front of the whole world like this.

I am fully convinced that Biden had ZERO say in who "his" Supreme Court nomination was going to be.
He's old and senile, but even he wouldn't have picked this DEI hack to be on the Court. Someone (most likely Soros) had her picked and she is going to do whatever the person that pushed her to the forefront tells her to do.

Nope. I think she will stick around out of spite to play to the “Yaaaaz qween!” crowd.

And remind us again who were the Republican Senators that voted for her confirmation?
Susan Collins, Milt Romney and someone else. Can't remember who.

Even Kagan and Sotomayor are saying, nah, frick that.
This is extremely important and a bell weather warning to Americans
with a brain.
She is pathetic. A 70 IQ on the highest
court in our land.
Guess what makes it worse?
She HATES white people.

There is no shame or embarrassment to ever be found in the heart or mind of Proud Black Woman. Ever. Never.
Rather, she will claim racism, sexism and any other ism or phobe her handlers can think up.
Her smackdowns will NEVER resonate within her, will NEVER be cause for pause or self reflection... in a phrase, "she be witch hunt".

Clyburn
Biden made trades with Clyburn.
Hopefully Clyburn is about to get remapped out of political existence.

Murkowski from Alaska. My question was purely sarcastic and rhetorical.

About the coolest way to say "keep the ghetto out of the Supreme Court".

SC Senate is resisting this, probably because saving Clyburn helped district out a bunch of other Dems IIRC.

Well... Clyburn is old. But I do worry what comes next... maybe they'll shoehorn that idiot that was Columbia's mayor for a hot minute- can't think of his name in the moment.

Good for him. Even Sotomayor has expressed frustration with this 2-bit Ho.

No justice joined Jackson in her dissent.
Even the other 2 libs don't want to have anything to do with this fool.
Thanks, Brandon (Or, actually, whoever it was who chose her).

Absolutely no chance in hell.

Yep. She will have to be removed.
She is an affirmative action appointee
that will never admit it despite her limitations
You are correct.
It is pathetic

Jackson has had three solo dissents, already, in argued cases in her first term, which is striking because Chief Justice Roberts did not write his first solo dissent in an argued case until 16 years into his tenure. He's never been a solo dissenter. He votes the way his handlers tell him. Thomas only solo dissenter once in his first term, so her pace is extraordinarily unique.

It’s like her job is to put her ideas down on permanent record so future commies can point to it as “legit”.
