Probably the worst is you be caged up for a couple of weeks.
My daughter has it, the only symptoms she has had have been loss of sense of smell and taste along with a nighttime cough.
I spoke with a friend of mine and she said over 80 people from her work have it currently. None of them have symptoms worse than I have described.
Obviously it can be worse, but it sounds like perhaps the virus weakened. Or, we have been lied to about the frequency with which Covid doesn't really affect the body that extremely.

Update: No taste or smell but congestion has kind of cleared up. Obviously hoping no serious symptoms show up but feeling fine rn outside of that. It’s really strange not being able to taste anything but apparently that can stay around for months after the virus has left your body. Maybe I’ll be rocking some Everclear shots as a party trick once I’m over this
