If it was that serious, they wouldn’t be laying thousands of healthcare workers off and yes they would test 24/7 with multiple shifts. But it isn’t that serious so they get Sundays off to relax.

Most are missing the point. The point is this simple - there isn't a massive crises all across the country for COVID19. When almost 52% of all of the cases in the country is located in NYC, it's not a national crises. Sure some small hotspots here and there, but not a national crises.
