I'd say her being batshit crazy hurt her practice. Involving the media just brought much needed attention to how much of a nut she really is.
Yup expose her for what she really is...

I wonder if the mom also lets this kid eat gallon of ice cream before bedtime or allows him to stay up as late as wants or not go to school when he doesn’t want to?
7year olds aren't exactly the wisest individuals and there is reason a minor cannot enter into a contract. Frick that bitch.
ETA: and frick that jury.

from an older article. the mother wants him to be a girl by force or he wouldn't identify as a boy with the dad. no where do I see any judge or jury saying the child can't know it's gender much less before puberty. it is so nutty is boggles my mind.

Heartbreaking and sickening. That woman should be stoned

Poor kids is going to be instituted before he finishes school. Mark it down. These transitions forced by parents need to be stopped. When the kid changes his mind and it’s too late he’s going to hate his mom.

Dr. Georgulas, who brought the lawsuit, was asking Mr. Younger’s possession schedule be altered to decrease overnight stays and to force his visits with the boys to be supervised.
Makes sense. Supervise the visits with the sane 1 of the 2.
frick everyone involved with this story

How she holds a valid license to practice is baffling

Yeah, I thought for sure this was Sociology bullshite. I was wrong. Residency at UT-Southwestern.

My 6 year old wanted to be Superman. A week later he jumped off the bed and got hurt. He decided being a boy was okay after that and pretending to be Superman was more fun.

Know how I know no one read the article. The jury didn’t decide all this. The only thing the jury decided was sole custody. The Texas judge decided everything else. So be mad at the judge not the jury.

They decided sole custody knowing the mom would abuse the child
Posted on 10/21/19 at 8:11 pm to RebelExpress38
I would kill that bitch and everyone involved until the cops killed me.

When the child ultimately commits suicide, the father can sue the mother, the judge, the court, and everyone else involved.
What’s even more messed up is that the twins aren’t even biologically hers. They used in vitro with an egg donor.
Did the father do anything that wasn’t mentioned in the article that influenced the decision? Like abuse, addiction, voting Republican?

That's what I thought but a quick google search shows otherwise
She'd a pediatrician which is even scarier

Judge Kim Cooks.
She seems like a piece of work.

Even Cooks' supporters at the courthouse volunteer that she is thin-skinned and has a reputation for being in over her head.
When questioned by us about issues ranging from docket management to her unwillingness to recuse herself from specific cases, she was mostly dismissive rather than offering informative responses that would have provided clarity and bolstered her case.

This is why jury nullification exists, so that the father can rectify the situation and we, his peers, can then say "not guilty."
I don't care if he solves this problem at noon on the statehouse steps with 500 witnesses... I will vote "not guilty" on THAT jury case for sure.
