If Dad was doing this over Mom’s wishes, would the results be the same?

I can’t believe this is where we are as a society. This is child abuse and 11 people dont see it.

If either parent sexually touched a 7 year old child, they’d be in jail. But this is ok. This is the end result of SJW philosophy. I want the progs in here to try and defend this.

How on God's green earth is this even remotely possible? How? Surely this isn't the end. It has to go higher, eventually to the Supreme Court, where hopefully some normal judges will rule on it. I mean, that's what has to happen, right?

So difficult to understand, but as I read it, the Jury isn’t saying they are ok with her doing this, that her doing this is a ramification of the conservatorship decision.

Apple and oranges... and no, I don’t think she should do it. F that bitch for putting the kid through that. Just clarifying what the jury was likely ruling on.

Wonder what the dad did to lose joint conservatorship and it go to this level.

Any more insight leading up to this?

But yes, frick this stupid world.

Is it normal for custodial issues to go before a jury? What are the chances this will be taken up by a higher court??

There are very few things I’d go to prison for the rest of my life for. This qualifies.

Pretty sure that’s a no, which is why I want more background leading up to this.

Sounds like he did something to lose his joint conservatorship and is fighting it with “if I lose it, she will do this”

She’s 100% wrong, but something is missing here. And again, F that bitch

I definitely understand that angle, but how is doing this not considered child abuse? If I’m on that jury I’m worried I’m about to vote to give sole custody to someone I know full well will abuse the child.

so if his wife suddenly got run over and the truck backed over her body about 23 times by "accident", would he then regain the rights to raise his son as the normal human being he was born to be before his insane sadistic mentally retarded wife decided to use him as a virtue signalling experimental prop? or would the court insist some freaks got custody and still mutilate the boy?

and if they prosecuted him i volunteer to be on the jury to say not guilty even if they had video of him doing it. never would there be a better case for justified homicide to protect your child

Yeah, used the pronoun that his ex wife didn't want him to use when referring to his son.
