Its not that you arent wrong its the point that this is going to cause every President post Trump to become impotent, as the tit for tat judicial bench will folly anything because Politics.
Lawyers lean left and judges probably moreso, so no, it's not going to impact every president equally.

Imagine being the extreme minority fighting the removal of criminal illegal immigrants. I don’t like you people and I don’t want to associate with you. Go use your God/savior complex elsewhere.

It isn't that dramatic.
Congress just needs to repeal lots of laws. The AUMF is a perfect start.
See this is where I disagree. DOGE has taught me at minimum the bureaucratic arm of the Government must be completely obliterated root and stem and order between the three branches must be re-established.
These activist judges are effectively just working to keep the cancer that is the 4th branch alive. While it would be completely normal to accept a Federal Judges order as genuine, these particular orders are coming at a rate that seems coordinated on purpose.

The judges are limiting government

Imagine thinking this strawman is applicable to the actual discussion.

Judges are government.
I'll ask again: can you even admit that judges can let their personal politics and desires influence their ruling?
Or are they still wearing the finest robes of spun silk?

I can't wait until a Dem gets back in office, does something like this, and this board is sky screaming over it. Receipts will be posted.

Find me an authoritarian who doesn't say similar things
Holy broad stroke with a paint brush, Batman! You think because I want safety from foreign gang members I'm authoritarian? Jezzus, man, have your Doc up the voltage for your next session!
So, if you don't want the government to concern itself with our safety because it's authoritarian, I assume you're a staunch supporter of the 2nd Amendment then. You won't mind I drive around and deal with the threats of criminal activity. Ya know, since you don't want the government involed, and all.

Dems fly them into, not out of the country.

You just keep making stuff up on every single post in every single thread
Nothing you have posted is actually true and has zero application to the current issues being presented
Your hypothetical would only exist in an existential world on a possibility not a probability
And that individual would have recourse as we all know but you keep putting forth your BS

three co-equal branches of government
I'm beginning to think that you and many others have the belief that co-equal means that two out of three have to agree on every little issue that arises. Do you understand that each branch performs a separate function? The executive branch has the authority to issue visas and to revoke visas. The judicial branch has no say in the matter. If foreign agents are in the United States without a visa they are here illegally and it is the responsibility of the executive branch to remedy that.
To hear you tell it, one would believe that a jury trial would be required prior to the commencement of every operation on a battlefield to ensure that the rights of the enemy were protected while they were shooting at us.

"-- what is wrong with holding those people until the Judge rules on the merits? "
Because ten years from now we will still be having to argue before a corrupt judge that these people should be deported. Is it a fact that they were here illegally? Appears to be the case. We they either recently arrested for a crime, or caught in the company of someone who was and did not have proper documentation of entering the country legally?
They had the chance to go home, as many have done, and to try and come to this country legally, however they do not want to do that. It is much easier to stay here, attempt to get benefits, rob, steal, rape, and in some case murder. Since they are not citizens, here legally, they should have no rights guaranteed under the Constitution. They represent a clear and present danger to the US and should have been deported. The reason this was done the way it was is because they knew the minute they starting loading them on the planes, some bleeding heart sympathizer would be filing an injunction. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
