Yes. Because it's just as unconstitutional.

How exactly? Be specific.

1) the.judge is neither a member of the Executive or Legislative Branch, which are the only branches that can appropriate and spend $

2) the use of the contingency fund is at the discretion of the Executive BY LAW. Therefore, it is not a ministerial act that can be compelled by the Court.

Your post makes no sense.

The judge is not appropriating anything. The money was already appropriated by Congress. Trump knows how all this works, he already went though it in 2019. Their claim that they are confused is comical.

Some special operators need to show up at his house at 3:00am… throw a bag over his head, and parachute him out a cargo plane in the middle of Afghanistan

When? Did they vote on opening government and appropriating funds while I was catching up on my ChiMed?

The reserve fund was part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 as is good for two years. The Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act of 2025 added to the fund.

You can read both here

On $33 million in 2023 they “helped” ~4000 people with housing issues and helped 345 people with employment in some fashion(training or job placement).

Per there own disclosure.

I don’t see how it’s illegal, but it certainly is unethical.

Its a little over 5 billion, enough to pay snap for a couple of weeks at best.

Its called an EMERGENCY fund for a reason. As in helping out during hurricanes, of which we are in the middle of. Which affect mostly red states. Have them deplete this, have a hurricane, and I guarantee the dems will try and scream misappropriation if they try and get the money from somewhere else to feed hurricane victims.

Dems need to stop all this skyscreaming. They caused the mess, they can vote to open, full stop.

Its silly you are arguing about 5 billion when the dems are demanding 1.5 trillion for foreigners.....I guess the 300 billion to ukraine wasnt enough

How the frick was it legal for them to use SNAP benefits to fund ANYTHING other than providing food?

Really makes you wonder... and the shelter didn't deny the practice, just denied recent use of SNAP for other than food. Eye-opening.

We seriously need to reconsider mutual aid societies based in our own communities and church based charity.

Because they deem it so... not really "legal" so to speak but they know nothing will be done about it...

Our forefathers would have been dumping tea and other things at this point...

I thought judges were supposed to be impartial and not have outside interests.

Where do I start my 128 million NGO and set aside 1 million for my annual salary?
