Tell me if I am wrong, me being a layman, but I read somewhere that there is language in the United States Code that would REQUIRE this judge to recuse herself in a case like this where there is a clear conflict of interest.
Myself I believe it is time to draw a line in the sand and arrest this judge for a violation of the law, and force the Supreme Court's hand on these cases. We have had these judges rule repeatedly protecting their own self interests, whether it be personal or political and damn the law, and it has to stop.

They do. Immigration was THE issue that swung the middle. Which makes this a doubly-stupid move by Dems.
They aren’t thinking anymore. They are just reacting to everything Trump does.

The problem is we don't have people in place who want to do the right thing.
Just how hard is our AG and her office fighting to save Trump’s plan? We obviously have to give them some benefit of the doubt. But you would like to see some progress, somewhere.

Patel and Bongino need to make an example of shits like this.
This judge wants to FA, they should expect some pain.

I wonder if the judge knows her husband is 100% a fig.

Action does speak louder than words. I guarantee you the Democrats will not hesitate.

Considering the ridiculousness emotional bullshite of what you just said....

What's your problem with requiring reasonable suspicion of LEO for them to stop people in America?

Is the occupation of the Judge's husband a conflict of interest based on the ruling?
Why would it be a conflict of interest? Where is the direct connection between his business and the litigants/parties?

That is a tenuous association and also is not the standard.

too much effort is going into this judge's ruling. There is an obvious way around it in the ruling.
The judge said you don't need a warrant if there is fear of them fleeing. Of course there is always a fear of them fleeing.

He is very sensitive because he is emotionally driven. So he brings it up a lot. Additionally, he confuses being emotional with being driven by emotion. That’s probably some sort of autistic flaw he has.
He is tiptoeing around this subject arguing all of these fringe things because he’s unable to address the topic directly.

TY. What is the standard, or an example of one?

Yes, it is just a fricking coincidence that he has been getting filthy rich off what she has been ruling on.
I did make a mistake earlier though.
The primary goal of our legal system as it is constructed is not only to make lawyers rich but also their families and associates, too.

You say this in response to a post justifying being emotional and criticizing my non-emotional analysis

You didn't seem to mind the Biden administration's intrusion into the lives of private citizens. Harassing people at the Catholic church, harassing people at school board meetings, sentencing someone to prison over a meme, throwing the book at people for simple trespassing on Jan. 06, throwing the book at pro-life advocates. You were silent on those. Not a peep.
