An unsafe to use declaration after July 4th celebration. Asbestos, black mold, corroded roof supports, leaking sewage, unsafe obsolete electrical, flammable curtains etc. Congress will have to sort out the repair plan. Maybe the judge will approve the 50 billion dollar expenditure.

Then get the local health dept. involved on shutting it down to certain repairs are made. Leaking sewage and black mold would be enough for the health dept.
I wonder if it is ADA compliant.
Flammable curtains - wonder what the fire marshal would say.
Trump could have it condemned to hell if it that bad.
