This one goes beyond the political for Juice. He completely invested himself in Muh Russians. He should have just hung it up months ago, but he just keeps hanging on, white knuckles and all. It's been one of the more entertaining things on this board since election night.

What is surprising in the Flynn case is Judge Sullivan has given Mueller a standing order to present any\all evidence to the court for an in camera review. Normally they would ask the prosecutor to determine what evidence is exculpatory. Doesn't sound like Judge Sullivan trust the Mueller team.

I assume you think he pled guilty to the false statement as some type of deal to avoid prosecution for a larger crime. Did the thought ever occur to you that, in fact, the only crime he faced was the false statement, for which he felt a plea would save time and money for his family? No, because that would not jive with Trump and RUSSIANS! narrative.

NOPE. NOT THIS TIME. We let a lot slide, but NOT Gen. Flynn. I donated $500 to his funding page. I read stories about husbands and wives forgoing Xmas gifts to give to his fund instead. Best money ever spent.
After the Gen. gets reimbursed his legal fees for the false prosecution, I am hoping AND expecting that he becomes a very rich man.

The judge for the Flynn case was removed and replaced by a judge that got burnt big time by the government withholding evidence.
