So a previous incident of a knife at school, a threat on social media of stabbing someone and then actually killing someone with a knife. But the whitest backwoods attorney in the backwaterest state in the country is sure this kid doesn’t have it in him to reoffend.

I mean, you don’t really believe that. You just don’t have skin in the game of whether or not he reoffends. Your skin in the game is losing an e-argument. You’re not going to let your theoretical kid play with him. You’re just going to shite talk on the internets. Because you’re an internet denizen.

You are trying to change the parameters of my question. Complete intellectual dishonesty.

This is the actual question, in case you forgot:

quote:

If he's not likely to commit new crimes or miss court dates, why do you think he should be detained prior to conviction?

quote:

You just don’t have skin in the game of whether or not he reoffends. Your skin in the game is losing an e-argument.

I understand the larger data on the abuse of bail in our legal system. That's my "skin in the game".

I wrote a bond reduction earlier today that I'm filing after lunch

That actually is a nice euphemism for getting emotional (angry) and making shite up

I think the data clearly shows he is a danger to commit new crimes. You are pretending he is not.

that's for the trial, down the road. If there is video, it will be, at that point.

I’m the furthest thing from angry. I chuckle quite a bit reading your posts.

Again, you won't answer and continue to use dishonesty to change my question

Not edgy. Receipts.

What receipt do you have concerning J6 “murders?”

Besides the officer shooting an unarmed person, I don’t recall any other murders.

Please produce those receipts.

Honestly more liberals deserve this to happen to them. They vote for it and want it with stupid judges

I hope all liberals feel the pain of their policies, if illegals are gonna rape get them, if we gonna appease criminals of certain races I hope the repeat offenders, commit their worse repeat crime on a liberal that voted for this.

That kid has no chance the rest of his life, regardless of how the courts decide to treat him.

He's a sub-human piece of filth that will die on the inside of a prison or the outside.

You claimed that you had receipts.

I asked to see the receipts where someone was murdered on J6.

You deflected by claiming that you are a victim.

Nobody probably thought he was a threat to stab somebody in their heart until he did.

Eh, I doubt he's at risk of fleeing or killing again. But, hopefully he doesn't a slap on the wrist.

If he does, the judge should face consequences.
