Yet another post that makes no sense. I have been repeatedly clear that I do not think that Trump is a pedophile and that I doubt there is anything material about him the files. Now move along child, the adults are trying to have a conversation.
You’re in a thread making legal conclusions with zero legal acumen. You aren’t one of the adults in here. I am, though.

I’m not an attorney. But I’m pretty sure it’s “Maine Justice”, podnah.

So the fact is you really are an incredibly stupid individual. Why would you think the judge/jury bias is ok? In any venue? Superseding indictment? You mean like Comey throwing out bullshite every time the Russia Hoax fabricated said bullshite? How about being indicted for things not even illegal? Where was your outrage over that?
I never said bias was OK. I said it was a reality. You don't think the New York judges and jurors were biased against Trump.
Comey undoubtedly did many bad things re Russia Hoax. You couldn't bring those things into the current bribery case through a superseding indictment because: overly broad and untimely.
I wrote extensively how the criminal charges against Trump for business records were bogus.

Ok Matlock
Please continue to impress us with your brilliant, insightful, posts......that are little more than spewing insults like someone with Tourettes.

Ivory I can't help but notice you are oddly missing from some new Muh Epstein threads today.
Jbird I think we have thoroughly litigated that one. Plus, we are in agreement. I think Massie is bluffing about additional perpetrators. I thought from the beginning that Trump should have said "I'm not worried about anything in the files. Release everything you legally can." That's what he finally put out this morning.

Just odd current events and all

To be fair you see this on "both sides" these days. It seems like every week for the last 8 years we have had been fed some "we got him this time" clickbait.......wish casting that never goes anywhere.
Agreed! The Left really seems to get their marching orders bullshite pre-approved from some central source. They have much better message discipline.

The indictment was brought as it was because Comey has no defense, none he is guilty.

As I asked before, which you refused to answer, what do you think Trump and his pedo buddy(s) were doing for the better part of a decade?

The Georgia case was a high-water mark. Any reasonable person who actually looked into it would see that it was massively overcharged and would take years to finish. Trump would be dead before it was done. Add to it Fani Willis hiring her booty call was painfully stupid......but "we got him now" is all you heard.

You still of the opinion that the US Attorney is not part of DoJ like you did when Blanche was running cover for his boss with Maxwell.
That was special
How are those law class reunions at American Samoa University?

The judge, thankfully, appears intent on doing the right thing ...
Comey clearly perjured himself. That is virtually indisputable. Further he did so in an attempt to cover for his illegal actions as FBI Director. Again, facts really not in doubt.
The judge "appears intent on doing the right thing" in what terms?

The judge has already stated that the prosecution decided on indictment before presenting the case to the grand jury
" an indictment looking for a crime" may have been the actual wording.
This can't be real life.

Are you saying Comey did not make false statements to Congress?
It is vengeance
Just like when they went after Trump.

Nonsense.
Magistrate Judge William Fitzpatrick--appointed by partisan DC-area Democrat judges in 2022--is going out of his way to carry water for James Comey.
Fitzpatrick--through his highly irregular ruling--is grasping at straws to make his findings that Lindsey Halligan (somehow) did something wrong.
She did not.
Fitzpatrick is even pretending there is missing evidence.
Is there any basis for his conspiracy theory?
They know the evidence against Comey is damning.
He lied to Congress to coverup his clear corruption in politicizing and weaponizing intel agencies and law enforcement to take out political enemies--the biggest scandal in American history.
So they are doing everything they can to stop Lindsey Halligan.
Lindsey Halligan is clearly over the target.
The Justice Department must appeal this fact-free and lawless ruling by Fitzpatrick.
The Deep State protects its own.
