I am wholeheartedly in agreement with your assessment. The entire process was handled poorly and set the conditions for a less than optimal outcome. I am just sick of these people using lawfare over and over again and are not held to the same standards of judicial conduct.

Comey did not make false statements to Congress
He did not, which is why no career prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia would work this case and they had to put Hot lips Halligan on it.

Why I saw no quarter given. Go to war
But go to war when and on what battlefield? This Comey case is like Kasserine Pass for the U.S. Army at the start of the Desert Campaign.
Let's hope lessons can be learned here as well, and that we get a similar outcome as WWII.

liar
This has nothing to do with whether he lied.
It has everything to do with our corrupt justice system being used to get him off for it.
Liats support liars.

Any area you can exploit to damage and destroy Dems.
It's the only tactic they respect.

True, it is about using the legal system to harass people who dared criticize Trump.
So far it is going terribly for the administration. How embarrassing.

Lol that's rich from you clowns.

You leftards crack me up. We have Comey on video lying to congress. As for obstruction leaking information about an ongoing investigation is the obstruction. I realize you tards , being stupid enough to vote for a dingbat to run a very complicated country, who would continue flooding the country with unvetted foreigners lack the ability of independent thought but you seem to be Tardistans special ed window licker.

Ivory I can't help but notice you are oddly missing from some new Muh Epstein threads today.

Oh …you did. even SFP will agree. No litigator would make such a definitive claim. Anything can happen in court. Maybe you aren’t Hank. Even a family law litigator would know not to say something so dumb.
If I were advising a client, MAYBE I wouldn't be so definitive...but this is just such a clear cut case. In real life, you should always factor in bias from a judge and/or jury. In this particular venue, however, whatever bias is going to be AGAINST the Trump DOJ.
Also, it angers me that legal grifters tell MAGA what we want to hear...knowing that makes them more popular. For instance, anyone who suggested there was going to be a superseding indictment in this case was either ignorant or malicious. There should be some price for that, but MAGA generally laps up whatever the same legal grifters put out the next time.
Rather than many people being objective, they "like" legal analysts based on how comforting the predicted outcome is rather than the quality of their legal analysis.

How many cases have you prosecuted?

It is interesting how you morons, stupid enough to vote for a dingbat might not remember the incredible lawfare'harrassment that Biden's DOJ showered upon Trump, his lawyers, his appointments, the Russia Hoax, the fake impeachments but it is still stunning in scope that particular level of stupidity exists on a College forum.

You clearly aren’t a litigator. No litigator would EVER make a definitive statement about what will happen in court. That’s like rule #1.

They remember. They don’t care. TDS is real. And Bama’s legal acumen is zero.

So the fact is you really are an incredibly stupid individual. Why would you think the judge/jury bias is ok? In any venue? Superseding indictment? You mean like Comey throwing out bullshite every time the Russia Hoax fabricated said bullshite? How about being indicted for things not even illegal? Where was your outrage over that?

Well put.
To be fair you see this on "both sides" these days. It seems like every week for the last 8 years we have had been fed some "we got him this time" clickbait.......wish casting that never goes anywhere.

You’ve been knee-deep in the latest version all week.

Yet another post that makes no sense. I have been repeatedly clear that I do not think that Trump is a pedophile and that I doubt there is anything material about him the files.
Now move along child, the adults are trying to have a conversation.
