Judge orders California to include Larry Elder on the ballot in California recall election. Says tax returns were never required in the first place for a recall as opposed to a primary election.

Looks like the Cali Dems are now 0-2 on this law.

Watch now, there will be an 'accidental typo' or something on the ballots for Elder (forgot to put the (R) or some else stupid, of course it will not be found until too late to reprint them.

Why isn’t the person(s) who illegally omitted him not in prison?

They were probably put in timeout for about 30 seconds.

If California ends up with a black conservative Governor who is about as far to the right as rush Limbaugh- it would be wonderfu.

I’ve decided I will try to manifest that

Great news. He might make it. He's got the media skills and experience. Lots of exposure. He knows the right answers to help the black community.

I am hoping for water main breaks and overnight vote spikes in all Republican precincts.

Larry could have played the race card here, but he’s above that.

He has the ability to change the perspective of the black voter. Democrats use blacks as pawns. Republicans love having blacks make their own decisions. Elder is going to be brilliant at this. Maybe I’m too optimistic, but aside from the nitpicking he will get here and there (Olberman nor Cooper would ever insult him because of his skin color), he has a chance to be the best governor in the country.
