Well that would explain why he let the corrupt DEI prosecutor hijack his courtroom and turn it into a circus.

But he was in a group in college for Republicanssssss!!!!

It was a $150 donation when she was running against her predecessor Paul Howard, who is a bigger scumbag than Fani, if you can believe it. He was also not a judge at that time.

What happened to GA?

He might be the best they can get there, so be careful what you ask for.

What competent attorney wouldn’t have done the DD on the judge in the first place? Gross oversight

Doesn’t matter. Conflict of interest.

As already noted it is a conflict of interest & you want me to take his decisions seriously when he knows he should have recused himself
You want the world to believe the judge that donated and worked for Fani should he decide that her actions do not meet the criteria to remove her from the case?
Pretty tough sell

Exactly this. Republican judges don't grow on trees in Fulton County.

I'm just summarizing facts that were in the article that you didn't read. You just read a headline. I post something else from OP's article to clarify the headline without taking a stance one way or another, and you call me a cuck?

This is only a problem when Democrats are on trail.

Imagine if anyone who ever donated money to any political campaign was barred from working in the legal system.
Not a bad idea actually, but it would disqualify probably 90% of the people who are already there.
I wonder if this judge ever made a donation to the RNC. Then I guess he should recuse himself because the RNC candidate for president is on trial in his courtroom. Then a judge who has donated to DNC will preside, but then he can't hold the trial either due to conflict of interest. Smart people understand this.

This is not a surprise. He was one her her ADAs for several years before becoming a judge.
If he continued to work for her, I’m sure he thought she was OK.
