I hate the cases are dismissed.

The prosecution team was shite. It is what it is.

Move along.

The idea that these cases had to be thrown out because the prosecutor was “improperly appointed” is nonsense.I

and that he’s reading posts. I’m the Attorney General and I may get my arse chewed out if the President reads a post from catturd critical of me and he agrees with it. What a time to be alive.

That is not what it says. Why would you lie about that? The words are right there for everyone to read for themselves. What it says is that they have either been struck down or heavily restricted when civilian courts are available.

Meaning yes, it has happened when civilian courts are available and in this case would be done because the civilian courts themselves are not upholding the damn law.

If you’re upset about dirtbags avoiding consequences, don’t look up Trump’s pardons.

Who is happy about this? I'm just disappointed the Trump DOJ didn't bother to read the statues involved before they appointed Halligan.

Appeal?

1. Unless the statute is vague, appeal is not likely to be successful.
2. And there are time limitations on this prosecutio. The tolling provision is very limited…
