The jury deadlocked on 10 to acquit and 2 to convict.
That ain’t a judge problem, that is a JURY problem if the feds proved the case.

What did she say as to why they deadlocked? Did the 10 vote to acquit based on the arson being in a wealthy area?

She never said and no one in the media ever asked her. 
She basically said it would be a waste of money to re-try the case and then spent the rest of the time telling the media her name and how old she is. I think she just wanted to be on tv.

Damn. What was the evidence on the guy? 10 voted NOT guilty with 2 voting guilty. They may have legit had the wrong guy.
