On this level, you damn well know the judge is powerless, in the end.
There is no, and never will be precedent for a judge to demand illegal violent offenders, who are non citizens, to be brought into America for no reason. They will agree to inform us when there sentence in their jurisdiction is iver. But most are lifers. Thise countries would absolutely ignore some lower court notice they get in response to prisoners in their possession who aren't American citizens.
Like all things on earth, possession is 99.9% of the law. Our charges aren't more important than theirs.

It's over, they are gone. This judge isn't gonna defeat the DOJ and the White House over non citizen matters.
