Judge blocks Florida "woke" law, saying it violates the First Amendment

I happened to be talking to someone that lives where DeSantis is going to endorse someone in a small town in Ohio. They are all jazzed as Desantis" mom or grandma lived in the small town near Youngstown, Ohio.
This is a diehard dem town that went for Trump. Nearly every comment was hissing on DeSantis, one person said, he is better than Biden. They all screamed back that DeSantis hates gays & the LGBTURS people.
The left has branded him. He better fly a rainbow LGBTQURS flag and make it clear he does not hate he just doesnt want the agenda forced on kids or anyone.

You can't fight the left on the field of tribal politics. You have to bring people together as Americans, first. If we've lost that, then it won't matter who gets elected because this nation will have become the fourth reich.

This is probably a small group in Yougstown.
It's smart of DeSantis to go to Youngtown. If DeSantis wants to be president it is really important that he spends a lot of time in the Midwest but that area has a lot of strong protectionists voters. He's going to have to convince them that he will not giveaway the car keys to China on trade deals to win over their vote. If he rides the fence on this issue between Midwest voters and the GOPe it's going to be really difficult to win the Midwest. But if he goes hard protectionist he will piss off the GOPe donors. Maybe he will give the Midwest protectionists lip service and give the GOPe a wink and nod while campaigning (knowing he will govern how the GOPe wants).

That area is hard to peg. Diediehard longtime democrats. Hillary pissed off the union she got caught lying or something. Biden went and paid them off big bigly.
They will vote for it's the economy stupid there though.
As they all go bankrupt firing up their furnaces this winter.
Or like the people in Warren, Ohio told Van Jones. They only eat most of the time from hunting and they soured on dems guns grabs.

And that’s why a lot of companies have gotten hammered for not allowing employees to speak out with differing perspectives without retribution.
My Company pushes this stuff and it’s totally voluntary to participate. When a CRT lens is brought up, it’s brought up just as that.
This is the right ruling as much as I hate that it protects this philosophy.

Two points, I’m not sure a law can prohibit speech within a private company. However, a law can exist to prohibit not employing or termination for disagreements with your company speech outside of the specific business …
As for the Youngstown area, it was a corruption haven for democrats for years. They got screwed royally bit trump helped them if I recall. Good to follow up with them and find them jobs

Would it do any good? All these pics of Trump with civil rights leaders and other black community figures, winning awards as a private citizen, doing all kinds of business things for black communities and funding HBCU's as president, etc. Doesn't matter. He's a racist.
So why grovel and beg the left for something that will never come? When do we stand up and say, "So what?" Otherwise normal people who happen to be gay don't want this shite in schools, either. They get it; they have investments and mortgages and jobs and bank accounts just like straight people. The problem is, as always, the white lib "allies" that think they know better than actual gay people (or black people or insert any other identity topic here).

It does not matter what particular topic is being discussed, if it is construed as being anti-grooming or anti-abortion, the Twitter goonbot flying monkeys are dispatched to shout down anyone who questions their fetishes and activities. So I wouldn’t be concerned about online comments against BDR, purportedly posted by people in a pro-Trump Dem town.
