"A textbook for a class on professional ethics and law at the government-run University of Electronic Science and Technology Press quotes the Bible’s book of John, chapter eight. In this passage, an adulterous woman is brought to Jesus, and her accusers ask if she should be killed by stoning for her sins.

In every authentically translated version of scripture, Jesus responds, “Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her.” These words disperse the angry crowd, and Jesus tells the woman, “Go, and from now on sin no more” (ESV).

The Chinese Communist Party’s version takes a different turn. In this telling, the crowd leaves, but Jesus tells the woman, “I too am a sinner. But if the law could only be executed by men without blemish, the law would be dead.” Then Jesus proceeds to stone the woman."

I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book, and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
2 Corinthians 5:21

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
Hebrews 4:15

For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:
1 Peter 2:21-22

And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

Let’s be honest. This is a refreshingly honest take by the CCP. They are letting you know right up front that they ain’t perfect, but they will darn sure put you to death if you don’t adhere to all of their commands because hey, they are in charge.

China is certainly going to face harsh judgment.....unfortunately America has turned her face from God and is at risk for severe consequences/punishment, for embracing their own subjective morality and their own gods.

So why aren't all the muzzie cave people getting rained down with fire and brimstone right now? I mean they wayyyyyyy outpace the US in "anti Yahweh" morality y'know with the whole honor killing thing and persecution of gays and genocide against all non believers and believing non believers are sub human.

If the god of Israel exists, the USA should be pretty far down the list of countries that could use a good old fashioned smiting.

It says in the OT that God is slow to anger, His anger is like a simmering pot that eventually boils over. God gives man time to turn from sin and repent, however the consequences of sin are not removed.

That’s going to make God very angry.

Making God angry is a bad move.

There is a burgeoning underground Church in China that actually uses the real bible. But, they take their life in their hands Everytime they meet.

Can you imagine, people risking their lives to worship? That is a real faith. It reminds me of the Coptic christians (who wore the orange jump suits) who were lined up by ISIS and beheaded. None renounced. Video on YouTube.

So the death of innocents who have no recourse isn't a big deal to him. Got it. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. He doesn't seem all that angry about abortion, starvation, AIDS, etc. I mean he's never done anything about it before.

We kinda need that pot to boil over.

I'm sure he's really worried about me typing that on a message board and I'll be getting my smitin' shortly. Again, he should have other way bigger priorities that he has obviously done nothing about yet, so I'm not worried.

Your just not happy with God are you? He's just not doing things your way.

Let me ask you something. Given that we are animals on a wild planet in a hostile universe, why do we deserve better than we get?

I'd say indifference is the word for it, because if God exists, I'm going to hell because he made me this way. So why would I pay that a-hole any mind? I'm trying to enjoy whatever time I have left before the lake of fire engulfs me.

If he does exist, I'm not happy about being created as a flawed being who has been given very specific rules to follow that are in direct conflict with the way he created me. The punishment is eternal torture....for a test I never signed up for. All the while, he plays hide and seek never actually proving his existence or not as if gambling with my soul is some sort of game. I didn't ask to be here, but could get punished for eternity for not playing by the rules? I honestly would have rather not been born. 36 years in and nothing I've experienced or done will matter in the end anyway. I'm not suicidal, I just wish I never got put on this shitty ride we call life. I'd never know any different anyway.

What does this even mean anyway? We are just along for the ride. Can't do anything to change it.
