Trump and Bar investigate Biden and all the dems scream "not during a campaign"! But it's okay for the entire Obama intelligence community to investigate the Trump campaign during a campaign?

if it was CIA led it wouldn't be stated as a rogue task force out of Langley.

It was reported that Brennan cut the ribbon to the govt operation to spy on everyone. NOT a rogue black op operation that Brennan had to form because the FISA court dressed him down & Roger's cut him off of, and Flynn was going to audit so they took Flynn down and raided him @ dawn.

Why is it illegal? Aren’t all operations of the CIA run out of a secret task force from Langley?

Wouldn’t the predicate and the motivation for starting up the task force matter more then the mere existence of the task force? Do you have any information on the predicate for starting the task force?

I say again, Mike Rogers tells Trump that he is being spied on and Trump immediately moves his offices out of Trump Towers.

Trump did not know Rogers, from Adams housecat, you think he just strolled into the office and Trump jumped? He walked in with irrefutable evidence with several specific messages, calls from the players, and probably 10 terabytes of back up evidence.

Then said, Im retiring, here is a list of a dozen people I trust, and a dozen each one of them trust. We will set up offsite and continue to monitor all the "playas" pass everything to Durham, until further notice, sound good, kapisch. Good.

Trump knows there will be no peace, he tried to bury the hatchet with hils and you see what that got him. For his own personal well being, and that of his family, he has to expose.

Barr, no worries. Im certain he told Barr, you do your job or I will release this deck from Rogers and your arse will be humiliated, so much for the "reputation of the DOJ and FBI. And the nonsense about mueller being best friends. You ever had a spouse or friend go bad, you continue to support them or walk away with YOUR reputation in tact.

This reeks of justification for domestic spying when anyone conducts foreign policy due to concerns about "foreign influence."

I think it’s in the charter of the CIA.

The ties between the efforts by the C.I.A. and the F.B.I. to examine Russia’s election interference are broader. In the summer of 2016, the intelligence community formed a task force housed at the C.I.A. to investigate Russian interference. The group shared intelligence with F.B.I. investigators who opened the bureau’s Russia inquiry in an effort to determine whether any Americans were working with the Russians on their interference during the election.

People familiar with the setup said the F.B.I. would ask the task force for information on certain names, for instance, but agents did not share anything about the Americans under investigation.

Ostensibly that’s what the FISA Court is for.

But let’s say a foreign power was working with a domestic campaign and we find that out via foreign human intelligence or sigint collected abroad... what’s the process to investigate?

I’ve noticed Trump has been quite bold in his statements about Obama and Biden and treason over the past weeks and months. He knows what is happening and is conditioning people to it.

I can't wait for the debates and Trump breaks one off in Biden's arse over this. Trump is obviously furious about it and rightly so.

I’ve always said it was a logical fallacy to assume we the general public know the entirety of the universe of information at Brennan and Comey’s disposal when they made the decisions they did.

Durham will have access this information and if he declines to indict, we will have to assume there is much more there justifying the decisions of Brennan and Comey than what we now know in the public domain.

What we already know about in the public domain is way more than enough to justify the investigations.
