Back to this again, they go from one smear to the next, then circle back again. And I agree, sadly they will never stop as long as Trump is President. And also, Nancy publically saying the President of the United States is mentally unstable, calling for a family intervention, is not only disrespectful but is dangerous.

Nancy and Biden are both a step slow. Both their speech and apparent thought patterns would be something I'd take note of if I was part of their medical team. That's not to definitively say they are actually afflicted with early dementia, but there are diagnostic signs in both. Trump, exhibits none of that.
A person suffering from even early dementia does not deliver Trump's recent PA rally. A person suffering even the earliest dementia does not crisply answer and pary antagonistic press questions as Trump does.
My verrrrry strong suspicion is Scarborough is flattly lying. I'd be stunned if even nonmedical people would honestly assess Trump as suffering any form of senility.
