Believe and vote for who you will, but you are requesting a Dictatorship. And for some weird reason, want to apply your beliefs to the entire world, too. Odd take.

Should be interesting.

Will it be released before the Election?

Trump should do this to connect with the largest media audience in America.

I think he already has most of that base. MMA fans, hunting fans, comedy fans.... Trump does pretty damn well with all of those groups.

Talking about grizzlies and aliens will do that. Talking about tax policy won't.

I think you're pretty off base here. If there are people that are left who are truly swing voters and will go either way, they aren't voting on vibes and memes. They see how fricking expensive everything is and want to know who is going to make prices go down. They don't care about aliens or grizzlies, at all

His target audience seems to be a younger male population.

Rogan isn’t stupid. He won’t do anything to undermine Trump. There is a reason why Trump has been hitting all of these podcasts and it’s named Dana white. The only person that was willing to step up and put Trump back in the public eye once he was blackballed by all media.

100%. It would be pointless to do this and release after the election.

And Joe typically releases interviews a day or two after recording.

Not surprised to see a Democrat projecting. It’s what they do!

I think if Kamala tries to go on to match Trump then there is real potential for her to have some really bad soundbites that could hurt her.

0% chance that happens

I agree. I think she put it out there that she is open to it so she could claim there was a 'scheduling conflict'

After the interview he will become a big Trump fanboy. If Joe has a flaw it’s that he is a genuinely nice person and he typically looks for the good is people. If Trump goes into the interview well intentioned which he will then Rogan will come away as a fan.

This is massive and things just went from bad to worse for Kamala.

There's a whole discussion to be had for big L vs small l libertarians, but they may average center but it's generally "extreme" positions (think legalize all drugs, end military bases abroad, and no borders are all hard left, while removing all foreign spending, eliminating almost all taxes, and privatizing most government are all hard right). I don't really keep up that much with the Big L Libertarians, but they tend to try to look more central during presidential elections than the rest of the time.

O/U for Rogan asking him about aliens: 99.9%

And I'll take the over.

The Theo podcast with Trump is criminally underrated. Would have loved a 2-3hour version.

Trump would have fallen asleep during a 2 hour interview.

I wonder how long it will be. I doubt it’ll be the 3-4 hour variety but the shortest interviews he’s done are 1.5-2 hours.

That’s a lot of time for Trump to say something that rubs people (particularly moderates) the wrong way. At the same time, it’s a huge opportunity to show a more human, less abrasive side.

Either way, I’m for sure listening.

And 1000% they’ll be talking about aliens, pyramids or both at some point.

Most likely the last candidate's name he hears just before going into the voting booth if he votes at all. Dude does some interesting interviews but he suffers from pot head syndrome more than Woody Harrelson and Bill Maher combined...about 75% of the time an interview turns into a series of rambling thoughts that just pop into his mind, may be pertinent, most likely ain't. Interesting no matter but not overly informative or meaningful. I also get the impression if you were to wade through the depths of his convictions you would not get the soles of your feet damp....

There’s left/right libertarians.

Dave Smith, Clint Russell, Ron Paul, Malice, Angela McArdle, etc. will say all the bad things in the world about Trump, but probably turn around and vote for him given a binary.

Chase Oliver, Joe Jorgeson, Van der Taat(spelling?) Gary Johnson, etc would vote for Harris given the same binary.

Not sure about Spike Cohen.

The more left leaning are anarchist, have no laws.

The right leaning wants as few laws as possible but most are based on private property right and do no harm

e.g. if we do have a border it should be defended. A child is harmed by being too young to have sex change surgery.

But all think should rightly abolish the Fed.
