Wish West Virginians tell him to pound sand next election

No way WV can reelect him during a presidential ballot year.

Warroom mentioned this afternoon that he knows he is done. Hence the sudden switch back to be reinvited to the DC Cocktail circuit. He will go out with a bang and make tons of dollars on the DC consultant market.

This is what they do at the end of the day. Enrich themselves personally. They are DC scum

He is a Democrat. Should not be surprised that a Democrat does Democrat things.

Meh. Blame voters who voted for this shite.
This bill will further drive inflation - which will drive an even more severe recession. They own it.

If he was really concerned the with the direction the Dems were taking the country who would have changed his party membership to Republican. He, and several of us, knew from the get-go playing the role of the lone moderate, old school, Dem would allow him to be given a blank a check at some point. He played both sides perfectly, made his money, and eventually got the opportunity presented to him to tow the line like he always planned to when the pot got sweetened enough. And people called him a savior. American politics is all pro-wrestling kayfabe, and Manchin finally just picked up a steel chair and made the heel turn.

He is a career politician who knows nothing but being a crook. No one on here should ever like a crooked politician like Joe Manchin.

Hopefully this just digs the Democrats’ hole a little deeper come midterms.

Sold his soul. The taxpayers are totally screwed and so is the economy.

Nah. The inflationary impact will lag the injection of funds. In fact - the injection might artificially make some numbers look better in the short term.

Reminds me of that story where the fella helped the snake out of a hole only for the snake to bite the man and ultimately kill him. A snake is a snake.
Manchin is a Democrat. You knew this

Dims never "own it". Media covers for them while slinging shite at the republicans. May the media, the dirty dims and weak knee republicans burn in hell. God willing.

If Sinema caves here in AZ, she's done.

/\ this /\ and especially /\ this /\
He could have been re-elected forever as a GOP in WV - but he would not have been given the perks he can demand from the DEMshit.
I guess we can be thankful he stopped a couple of the most devastating DEM atrocities, but he is not done yet, so I'm not going to celebrate.
F'em all

As the mid terms get closer you will see more of this. The Democrats play politics. Make deals . They are going to buy their way with the moderates. The Republicans are powerless to stop it because they hold NO power. Plus the polls show some tightening of the overall race in terms of numbers.
